Do you pay stamp duty on house and land packages in Perth?

You only pay stamp duty on the land! However, if your block is priced $350,000 or under, as a first home buyer you’re exempt from stamp duty. If your land is worth between $400,000 and $450,000, you’ll still only have to pay a concessional rate.

Are house and land packages worth it?

House and land packages are a great option for first-time builders. We can help you find the perfect block of land, and make sure it’s right for you, your lifestyle, and the home design you’d like to build. Plus, if you purchase a house and land package, you’ll only pay stamp duty on the land!

How long does it take to complete a house and land package in Perth?

What is the time frame to build a new home?

Our 12-Month Build-Time Guarantee keeps things moving, keeps you informed, and gives you a clear timeline you can actually rely on. No guessing, no dragging out the process, just a committed schedule from slab down to handover.

What is a Turn-key Home?

A turnkey home is a fully finished new home that’s ready to move into as soon as it’s built, complete with items like window furnishings, wall painting and landscaping included in the build.

Throughout the build process, who will be our contact?

You’ll have a whole team behind you! Initially you’ll deal with a Sales Consultant, then a Project Coordinator during administration, and then your Client Liason Officer during construction.

Can I alter the colours and selections throughout my home?

You can either make your selections with one of our Selections Consultants, or choose from one of our four preselected colour boards.

How will I know what’s happening with my house during construction?

Your Client Liaison Officer will be in contact with you regularly throughout the construction of the home with updates. They will also be available for any questions you have througout the build.

How long after signing up for my new home will construction commence?

Once we have sorted your finance, your land has settled, and your building permit is granted, we can send your home to site.

What are the main steps involved in building a new home?

Step one involves getting your finance sorted. Step two is finding and securing your block of land. Step three is choosing your design. Step four is customising!

Do I need to own land before I can start building a home?

Not necessarily! We can help you source land, then get everything ready in the background so that once your land settles, we can start building.

Can I make changes to my home design during the building process?
